Came into the store today to purchase balloons and the employee by the name of Patti , assisted ed the customer in from if me , and when she was done.. she turned her back to me... then finally turned back around.. and asked what did I need...as I asked questions about balloons and pricing she walked away . Left me standing at the counter and did not return .I advised manager Sophia of the employee actions and she seemed dismissive, and did not bother to ask if she could assist me. I came in to purchase over 25 balloons to an office party and other items . I hope the owner reads this to know ... Sales is being lost for unprofessional staff...
Love the store. It has everything. Any event that I've had, they're always stocked. However, when trying to call it only gives you the automatic machine that only tells you the hours of operation. You don't actually speak to an employee which sucks because why waste the drive and they don't have what you need.
I went to this store badly needing a costume for an event I had in about an hour and a half in the area. I went to the adult male section and seen that a few costumes were listed as unavailable with a sticker that wiped out the number. I can safely say that about 8 different out fits that I asked for were also not available, I heard others ask about outfits from other sections and were met with the same response. I don't even understand why you are even open at all if you have no costumes to buy and why there are no stickers over the ones you do not have. Was a terrible experience.
has a lot to offer when it comes to events and can get really busy during the holidays. As long as its not too busy they have staff throughout the store to assist you when needed
Store stock was really low and the store seemed to be run by kids who either didn't know the answer, didn't care, or both.
