This completely refaced the front of our house and it workmanship is impressive. All of our neighbors love the new look and have asked for referrals, to where we are happy to pass on the Creative's information.
I had a very unsatisfactory experience having my decking replaced, a screen room built and a closet extension built all at the same time. I informed Creative up front that I'm a detailed person and wanted all the details. Despite asking for details and feedback about my design ideas several times I received hardly any communication until the day they showed up to built my entire screen room. There were design problems with their plans which would I would have easily caught if they had shared them with me as asked. Eventually they were fixed, but it wasn't easy. Then came the roof leaks. It leaked once during construction and they fixed it. The same spot leaked again before they had finished so they fixed it again. Then a couple weeks later during a big rain it leaked a 3rd time in the same area. When I voiced that I was very upset and was thinking of having a different company fix it since they couldn't they got mad at me and were not friendly to deal with! The ceiling in my closet cracked within a few weeks after they finished. They came back and fixed it and repainted. It cracked again, but it's not worth having them back again to fix it as the problem is obviously in the construction of the joists and not in the drywall that they fixed. I had another issue which they had trouble fixing as well. My main issue was with the sub-contractor they used, however all of their top management was well aware of all my issues and it still took multiple attempts to fix things and at the end I still have a cracked ceiling and a couple other issues.
Had a deck resurface along with new railings, pergolas and lighting done. Couldn't be happier. We too are detailed oriented, but every time we mentioned an issue to the site workers, it was corrected in a short period of time. There was even an issue where a light was installed on the wrong post. This was pointed out and a new post installed as we did not want just the holes plugged up. All in all, a satisfactory experience.

Fantastic experience with Creative Deck Designs & Fence! We did not have railings on our front porch so we had a Creative employee come out for a preliminary estimate. It was right on track (cheaper actually) with the other estimates we had gotten. We went to the showroom to look at the materials and other options. We signed the contract right there after finalizing the details. The work was done promptly and professionally.
A Great company. They are honest, fair, flexible, and very knowledgable. I had a previously installed deck done by another, now bankrupt, company who improperly installed vinyl railings (safety hazard). I met with Bob, the owner of Creative Vinyl, and he gave me very good prices to either fix or replace the railing because I had been taken by the other company. Since this railing work was part of a large backyard project, I decided to replace the railing and to just buy the railing parts from Creative and get the contractor that I already had for the rest of the project to do it. Bob was happy to do this and was an invaluable resource durring the whole project (most contractors would be upset and unhelpful if they didn't get the full job). Bob and his staff were instrumental in designing and fabricating custom stair railing and fencing as well. The products he sold me were high-quality and a vast improvement over the old railing (in looks and function). On top of all of it his prices were much better than the big-box retailers I checked with. Amazing!
Had an addition built off my house by creative. The addition blends perfectly in with the color of the house.We are very happy with the extra space and had no problems with the room so far. The salesman was very easy to work with and answered all our calls. The owner bob even stopped by to take pictures and make sure we were happy with the project. Overall a great company to rely on to get the job done right.
