Very nice place and most of the staff is great. The rooms are in need of deep cleaning and one person in the front desk needs to remember to take care of the customers.
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms! The breakfast isn't the best but the rooms make up for it and it is still a hot breakfast. I would much prefer to stay here over the Hilton Garden Inn in the area.
NO STANDARD OF CLEANLINESS. With the connection to the brand, "Hilton," I expected SO much more. In a matter of 30 minutes, I had checked in and checked out of this establishment.
In a matter of 10 minutes (maybe), I found multiple disgusting mistakes. I've attached pictures to fully grasp how staff completely disregarded Hilton standards. I walked off the elevator to 2 large black garbage bags sitting in the hallway. As I continue to walk to my room I see multiple areas on the floor that had clearly not been vacuumed. To some this might not mean anything, but to me, you're not off to a good start if there's dirt in the hallway.
I checked in with a credit card I had never used before and awoke to fraud alert text messages from my bank. While I slept, someone had charged their Baltimore power bill and other items on my card despite it still being in my possession. Not only did the night desk girls rob me but they were also very rude. I still have not spoken to a manager about this incident despite their promise to return my phone call promptly. Don't stay here or you will be robbed!
Good price, excellent service. They do light cleaning during the week, not a deep clean as other places. Asked to get full clean twice in the week I stayed an they were thorough and accommodating in my request. 1 st time in Baltimore so asked for pointed a few good places to eat, all suggestions were excellent.
As I get into my room, I always spend a few minutes assessing the room. Checking for bed bugs, stains on the sheets, really just a standard anyone should have when checking cleanliness. Immediately I see a stain on the phone jack outlet, right in plain sight. As I look down at the bed, there's a stain on the bed skirt. When I remove the sheet to check the mattress, I see multiple stains on the mattress. I repeat that, multiple brown stains on the mattress. In addition, a black stain on the sheet. I immediately begin feeling uncomfortable and as though no one has cared to clean this room. As I put the sheet back on, I see a Goldfish cracker on the floor. This is completely and totally unacceptable. What a waste of money. I am so thankful to have checked my room before staying. I will NEVER return to this establishment and I recommend you stay elsewhere.
