I ordered a nice waterfall kit from Webb's online. Their prices were great and customer service was better than expected. I received my order quickly and a couple months later had a problem where a part failed. It's warrantied for 3 years so I contacted Webb's to find out what to do and they had a replacement sent to me quickly with no questions asked. Webb's is the real deal and would recommend them if you are considering a purchase.

They have an amazing selection of merchandise, employees that know the business and give great recommendations for all kinds of pond issues. Shipping is free (over $59.) and timely and prices are reasonable. I recently had a warranty issue necessitating a call to that dept. When I had to leave a message I was afraid that it would take a while to get a return call but someone called me at 7:30 that evening to give me the information I needed to obtain a replacement. Needless to say, I was beyond impressed. You can't go wrong with this company, it's the best!
