After being greeted, Ariel tooks us to her desk and really listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle. She was very patient and outspoken! We loved working with her, and would definitely come back and visit her and the Koons team to purchase our next vehicle. I took a long time to choose which dealer to contact and was not mistaken for my choice. Very nice staff of workers. All of them are very friendly honest and conscientious. A personal thank you to James who really helped me choose and place my car. I and my family are very happy and happy about our purchase. A week later I advised my friend and together we again came there to buy him a car, I have another friend whom I advised and we are going back there and advise everyone to contact this dealer. I'll put five stars.
It took a few text messages between my sales rep, Buddy Price, and myself, before actually getting together at their White Marsh location. Each of his texts were thorough, professional and complete. Upon meeting him and viewing my future vehicle, it was downhill all the way from there.
It was an enjoyable experience with a wonderful product as an end result.
With the few concerns I had regarding my desired vehicle, Mr. Price was receptive and attentive to each of my demands. He insured whatever he promised came to be in a timely fashion and provided constant updates and photos to show the progress being made to my vehicle.
